During my practical training in a famous kindergarten in Ipoh, Kinder Labz, I quickly realised that teaching young children is far more than simply caring for them.

Excessive sugar consumption leads to rapid spikes and crashes in blood glucose levels. Consequently, students may experience fatigue, mood swings, poor concentration, irritability and a reduced attention span in class.
