Language is always evolving. People are adding new words to the dictionary every year as they get more and more creative in expressing themselves. We Malaysians are no different!

Merry Christmas from ILTI! We hope you are enjoying your Winter break. It has been a long year for all of us and what better way to spend the last few days of 2020 than with family and friends? In our final issue, we would like to shed some light on the origin and traditions of this joyous holiday.

This weekend some of our students will be sitting for the Cambridge English Examinations. They have worked hard all year long. We admire their dedication and commitment to their learning especially amidst the pandemic. Best of luck to them!
