Change is an opportunity! Our Principal, Caroline Samuel, explains how the upcoming changes to the Year One and Form One History syllabus are actually a secret weapon for improving English proficiency. By engaging with factual texts, building historical vocabulary and practising structured writing, our students are becoming more than just learners; they are becoming thinkers.

While our students are busy mastering the “Present Simple” and exploring “Worlds Apart,” our Executive Director, Ms Evelyn Chen, reminds us of the “sacred place” Chinese New Year holds in our hearts. From grandmother’s kitchen “army” to the wisdom shared by grandfather over a Guinness, she reflects on the beauty of keeping traditions alive even if we do it on a smaller scale with a heart full of pride.
