We’re kicking off the countdown to Merdeka Day with a heartfelt message from our Director of Schools, Ms. Evelyn, on celebrating diversity! Week 8 also saw our students embark on a nostalgic journey with their exploration of a piece titled “The Good Old Days!” After thorough reading, understanding, and discussion, we’re excited to feature one of their best works in this newsletter. Exciting news—registration for Cambridge English Examinations 2024 is now open!
With the term exam fast approaching, our learners are racing against time to brush up on their reading, writing and speaking skills but that doesn’t mean time at ILTI is all work and no play! We still make time for play and fun during breaks. Meanwhile, our learner Teh Huey Ying, from Lower CAE, has also found the time despite her busy schedule to write an insightful article on the future of Artificial Intelligence.
With cyberbullying cases on the rise, our Director of Schools, Ms. Evelyn, emphasises on the crucial need to nurture kindness in our children. For this week’s adventures, we feature our Upper CPE stars, who have been honing their reading, listening, and speaking skills with the “Get Fit, Live Longer!” passage. Plus, don’t miss our special feature where Tishaadaevi shares her insights on AI in Daily Life through her well-written essay.
From a warm message by Ms. Evelyn, our Director of Schools, to thrilling adventures this week and an insightful piece on the “Future of AI Technology” by ILTI’s Lower CPE student, Loh Yijun.
