Find out the winners of the Summer Holiday Essay Writing Competition
We are celebrating our students’ English writing ability with the publication of an e-book of the winning entries received in our Summer Holiday Essay Writing Competition themed “My Holiday at Home”.
From baking and exercising to sewing and cooking, it was a joy to hear about everyone’s adventures at home.
The competition attracted some 120 entries from students across all Cambridge English Assessment levels, from Pre-Starters & Starters, Movers & Flyers, KET, PET, FCE, CAE and CPE, and picking the winners was no easy task with the many outstanding essays we received.
Alas, the entries were narrowed down based on their content, communicative achievement, organisation, and use of language as per the Cambridge English Assessment Writing criteria by our panel of teacher judges.
The first place winner of each category will be receiving a RM100 cash prize.
Congratulations all winners! Keep up the excellent effort. Let’s continue practising writing, as English is a learning journey and takes time. We are proud of you all!
