But each year on 24 July, International Self-Care Day offers a gentle reminder to pause, reflect, and give a little time back to ourselves.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">The choice of 24/7 (24 July) wasn’t just picked at random. It symbolises the </span><b><span data-contrast="none">notion</span></b><span data-contrast="none"> that good self-care isn’t a </span><b><span data-contrast="none">sporadic</span></b><span data-contrast="none"> indulgence or a yearly resolution—it’s something that benefits us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
